For event agencies
Every guest, in their place
Delegate registration, dietary requirements and seating for corporate dinners. Collect the details from each company’s PA, build the plan on the venue’s own floor drawing, and hand the kitchen a list it can actually cook from.
Ninety-three tables, nine hundred guests, every allergy accounted for.
What it does
Each company fills in its own
One private link per company covers all its tables. The PA enters names, menu choices and dietary requirements, saves as often as they like, and submits when they are done. No accounts, no passwords.
The plan on the venue's drawing
Upload the venue's own floor plan, set the scale from something you know the length of, and the tables are drawn at their true size. If the tables are already on the drawing, one click finds them all.
Numbers given out in seconds
Allocate every table number at once, in company order or by who replied first, then swap any two. Guests follow their table wherever it goes, and a firm's own tables stay next to each other.
What the kitchen needs
A dietary report grouped by requirement with the free-text detail, a catering summary and a printable seating plan — plus a contact list that carries no health data, for when the client asks for one.
Allergy information is health data
Which means the law treats it with extra care, and so does this. Your client will ask how it is handled, and the answers are already written down: a data processing agreement whose every security claim was checked against the running system, not drafted from hope.
Hosted in the UK
Guest data stays in a London region. Nothing about a guest's diet goes near an email.
Encrypted twice over
The free-text allergy note is separately encrypted, so it cannot be read from a database copy.
Two-step sign-in
Required on every account. There is no setting that turns it off.
Deleted automatically
Guest details are erased on a schedule you set — ninety days after the event by default.
Every read recorded
Who opened a guest list or took an export, when, and how many rows. The act, never the data.
Separate by design
One agency cannot see another's events, and a client invited to help with seating sees only theirs.
Built for a ninety-three table dinner
It has run a nine-hundred-guest fundraising dinner end to end, and it is just as happy with a wedding where guests fill in their own details from a QR code on the invitation. Licences are annual, or one event at a time.
